WIRE FLATTENING and CUTTING

In our facility, wire cutting is done as thin wire and thick wire with 2.5 mm-12 mm in diameters and up to 6 meters long. In these cutting processes, kanthal wires are first passed through a flattening process and then cut to the desired lengths. Thus, bonds in desired numbers are created in the form of rods and delivered to customers.

Güler Wire Machinery and Refractory Ceramic Products Industrial Trade Co. ltd. started business at a small workshop by cold wire drawing and cutting in 2005 at Eskişehir Teksan Industrial Site. Our company, which has grown its production capacity aiming to produce quality and reliable products in accordance with its customers' desires in the past 11 years, today serves in Eskişehir Industrial Park. In addition to 600 tons of wire processing capacity (ᴓ 2 - 13 mm) per month, our firm makes welded manufacturing and production of radiant stones (heated and döner stone).
